Two days offer an ideal framework to read İznik without rushing. On the first day, the city plan and monuments, the second day of the tile to separate the lake to the surroundings, creates a breath between the periods.
You can reverse the program according to the opening hours. The aim is not to go to each stand, but to experience nearby spaces in meaningful clusters.
First day: city
Walking from Istanbul Gate to Hagia Sophia; in the afternoon, complete the ancient plan with the İznik Museum and Yenişehir Gate environment.
Second day: craft
Go to the architectural workshop by following Green Mosque, Chinese Ovens and Süleyman Pasha Medresesi.
Lake final
Leave the end of the second day to the beach instead of adding the coast on both days; keep the leisure time flexible according to the weather and rest requirement.
